(Business in Cameroon) - The new Deputy General Manager of Société de Développement du Coton (Sodecoton - Cotton Development Company), the food industry giant in the Northern part of Cameroon, is Alexandre Martin Rémy Marie Lepage. He officially assumed office on 1 September 2015, we learned in a legal notice published on 23 November 2015.

Alexandre Martin Rémy Marie Lepage replaces Henri Clavier (photo), Deputy General Manager of SODECOTON since 2007, who was called back to Paris by GEOCOTON, a shareholder of SODECOTON to whom the deputy General Manager post falls in this public Cameroonian company.

Very influential in the company during the Iya Mohamed era, the ex-General Manager of SODECOTON currently in prison for embezzlement, Henri Clavier, who has officially left office since 1 January 2015, was never under threat from the Cameroonian Justice.
