(Business in Cameroon) - The two service stations of Cameroon Marketing International Oil (CMI Oil) located at "PK 14" and in the Bonanéri area of Douala, the economic capital of Cameroon, will soon switch names to become Neptune Oil.

This is what reveals a legal notice published on 21 January 2016, announcing the sale of part of the CMI Oil business to Neptune Oil. The transaction whose amount was not revealed, we learned, was managed by the local subsidiary of the Gabonese banking group BGFI.

This acquisition allows Neptune Oil, who is still a modest distributor of oil products in Cameroon, to expend its distribution network in the Cameroonian economic capital.
