(Business in Cameroon) - Propero SA is the name of the new company launched by Cameroonian business mogul, James Onobiono, who was CEO, who made it official on December 15, 2014, at a city notary in Douala. This was released in a legal announcement made public on January 14, 2015.

The company has an initial social capital of 10 million FCFA. The administrators are all members of the Onobiono family, in addition to the International Financial Company (IFC). The company’s creation suggests it will be devoted to investment in and the purchase of stock in existing companies or in the process of being created.

Apart from these political activities within the reigning party, it has been a long time since the former CEO of Société industrielle des tabacs du Cameroun (Sitabac), which controlled the cigarette distribution market in the country for several years, has been talked about in the business world.
