(Business in Cameroon) - As a part of its 50-year anniversary of activity in the nation, representatives of the African Development Bank (ADB) will be meeting with the Cameroonian business community on June 27, 2014 in Douala. This was announced by the business leader association, GICAM in a letter to its members.

The meeting will be the opportunity for ABD to present its strategy for financing Africa’s development, the ABD’s financing products and mechanisms as well as the current state of its projects in Cameroon.

As the lack of financing remains one of the main obstacles against development” for Cameroonian companies, stresses GICAM, members are invited to turn-out in their numbers for the meeting “to understand the opportunities provided by this institution.”
