(Business in Cameroon) - The Nigerian Head of State, Muhammadu Buhari, is arriving in Yaoundé, the Cameroonian capital, on 29th July 2015 in the late morning. This was announced in an official release from the Office of the Cameroonian President. This visit of “friendship and work”, will include, in the evening, a State dinner hosted by the Cameroonian President and First Lady, and a one-on-one of around an hour and a half between Presidents Biya and Buhari.

There is no doubt that in the course of this working session between the two Heads of State, the focus will be to establish a joint strategy to fight Boko Haram, the Islamist Nigerian sect which has been carrying out more and more murderous attacks in Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad for several months now.

Assuming office in Nigeria a few months ago when Boko Haram which has been shedding blood daily in the North-East of the country where the sect has been controlling a significant part, Muhammadu Buhari vowed to eradicate the terrorist group, as did Paul Biya, the President of Cameroon.
