(Business in Cameroon) - This information is contained in three separate presidential decrees that were signed on March the 4th, 2013, and published in the Cameroon Tribune.

In the decrees, the President of the Republic, Paul Biya said, “the Minister of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (Emmanuel NganouDjoumessi) by delegation, signed a with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), a financial accord, named “Istisna’a” … for the funding of the project for the development of livestock and fisheries in the North West region.”
