(Business in Cameroon) - On June 7, 2018, in Douala, UBA Cameroon will launch its online banking service baptized LEO. According to the bank, Leo is a digital program developed to simulate discussions on internet.

As of June 7, 2018, via Facebook, LEO will handle everyone’s (UBA Cameroon’s client or not) requests related to banking operations. These operations are namely account opening, fund transfers, airtime purchase, account balance checking…

Let’s remind that before UBA Cameroon, the Panafrican banking institution Ecobank had also launched its online bank thus reducing exploitation costs.
