(Business in Cameroon) - Vision Finance, a new microfinance company currently being launched in Cameroon, hired French Sopra Banking Software to set up its standardized information system, sources informed.

More than 20 microfinance and microcredit institutions now trust Sopra Banking Software, a prominent content provider in this area and leader in Africa, with more than 200 clients,” mentioned the IT company.

In Cameroon, Sopra Banking Software’s expertise was already sought after in 2016 by BICEC, local subsidiary of the French banking group BPCE, which is currently being sold to the Moroccan Banque centrale populaire (BCP).
