(Business in Cameroon) - BICEC informs that by June 30, 2018, T2SA (Technology Shared Services Africa) will be effectively dissolved.

This decision was taken during the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on May 18, 2018, but, the bank provided no reason for this dissolution. Therefore, the assets of the T2SA will be transferred to its sole shareholder BICEC.

Let’s remind that the T2SA was launched in 2012 and it used to offer IT services to BICEC Cameroon and BICEC Congo. In Cameroon, it replaced Interface, the company which used to provide IT services to BICEC Cameroon.
