(Business in Cameroon) - African Development Bank (AfDB) is organizing on March 28-29 in Douala, the Cameroonian economic capital, a two-day workshop to keep local economic operators updated about its financing mechanisms for private operations. It will also be the occasion to give experts the opportunity to share their views on infrastructure, energy, financial and agro-industrial sector projects in the country.

Nearly 200 participants are expected including government and political leaders, young entrepreneurs, civil society leaders, private sector operators, as well as experts from the AfDB and other development partners operating in Cameroon.

Pierre Guislain, AfDB’s Vice President for Private Sector, Infrastructure and Industrialization, and Ousmane Doré, AfDB’s Executive Director for Central Africa are also expected at the meeting.
