Cameroon: Close to 400 francophone journalists gathered in Yaoundé for the 48th workshop of Union de la Presse francophone

(Business in Cameroon) - Since November 18, 2019, the 48th workshop of Union de la Presse Francophone (UPF), the oldest association of Francophone journalists, is being held in Yaoundé, Cameroon.  The theme of this edition is “ Journalisme d’émotion, journalisme d’information” (emotional journalism and informational journalism).

It is attended by nearly 400 journalists, including 105 Cameroonian professionals and more than 240 foreigners from French-speaking countries and other nationalities such as Georgia, Serbia, Montenegro, Haiti, Guyana, Thailand, Greece, and Rwanda.

Let’s note that the workshop, supported by the Cameroonian government, will end on November 22, 2019.
