(Business in Cameroon) - Joseph LE, the minister of the civil service informs that to reduce the risks and high costs involved in travelling to follow up the files of the country’s civil servants, he will set up a collection system at the regional delegations.

So, civil servants can request information or submit the files related to their cases at those regional posts. In their requests, the appellants have to specify their complete address (mailbox, phone number, email) or the supervisory department if they can’t specify an address.

The minister reveals that regular travels, between the regional posts and the ministry, will be organized to transmit the requests and retrieve the requested information. He further informs that the processed results will only be communicated once the civil servant has been identified and located. For those who are not satisfied, they can send him a mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
