(Business in Cameroon) - The national rail company Camrail, managed by the Bolloré group, announced it dedicates about 10% of its annual health spending for fight against AIDS; a disease that still affects Cameroonian population in general and the corporate world in particular.

On December 1st 2018, which is the world AIDS day, the company closed a vast awareness raising and free testing campaign for employees and their relatives, subcontractors and surrounding populations, we learnt.

Activities have been coordinated by the AIDS department set by Camrail since 2003, two years before the company became a partner of the national AIDS committee in 2005.

Let’s mention that Camrail provides full health care to infected employees as well as their ill partners and kids, according to managers.
