(Business in Cameroon) - Mohamed Krisni, appointed to the position of Managing Director of the Société Commerciale de Banque Cameroun (SCB Cameroun) in October 2015, no longer heads the local subsidiary of the Moroccan Bank Group Attijariwafa, we learned from good sources.
He has been replaced in this position by his compatriot Mohammed Mejbar. This is the second Managing Director that the banking institution has changed since the dismissal of Jamal Ahizoune towards the end of 2015. Logically, after his appointment as head of SCB Cameroon, Mohammed Mejbar should also join the board of directors of Attijari Securities Central Africa, the asset management company created by the Attijariwafa Group and based in Cameroon, with authority over the whole of Central Africa.
