(Business in Cameroon) - According to reliable sources, Cameroonian insurance company Activa made 37.3 billion FCFA in sales (around 57 million euros) via its African subsidiaries in 2014.

According to the same sources, the company’s sales increased by 2 billion FCFA as it was 35.3 FCFA a year before.

This performance could have been even better if business at the insurance company’s subsidiaries in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea had not slowed due to the Ebola epidemic which swept through these countries last year.
