MINTP Modernises Personnel Carrier Management

(Business in Cameroon) - It has been announced that beginning January 2014, personnel of the Ministry of Public Works (MINTP) will no longer need to present mark sheets before they are advanced or paid their retirement dues.

The resolution was taken recently at the end of a workshop to build the capacities of the personnel on carrier management.

Bouba Hamadou, Technical Adviser n°1 in MINTP disclosed that the ministry will henceforth carry out yearly controls to know the number of personnel it has before proceeding with automatic advancement.
