(Business in Cameroon) - The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) will soon disburse an amount of FCfa 43.5 billion in favour of Cameroon, to finance Phase II of the Project of Integrated Development of Chari Logone (Far North), as well as the organisation of livestock trading in the northern part of Cameroon.

This financing agreed between the two parties last May, has just been ratified by presidential decree, thus opening the way for the release of the first disbursement, it is highlighted at the Ministry of Economy. In the breakdown, FCfa 25.4 billion will be spent on the Project of Livestock Trade and Breeding Infrastructure, against a little more than FCfa 18 billion for the Project of Integrated Development of Chari-Logone.
