(Business in Cameroon) - On a work visit to the site, the General Manager of the country’ s hydrocarbons prices stabilization Fund, CSPH said work is at 71%.

Work is progressing well, Paul Elung Che did not hide his satisfaction at the end of his trip on July 10, 2013 on the construction site of the filling in Ndoumbi, west of Bertoua in the East Region. Seating on ​3.6 hectares of land, the plant will produce more than 2,600 canisters of cooking gas per month.

It has been 14 months since work started at the Ndoumbi site. According to the technicians on site, the execution deadline of 20 months will be respected. “The plant will produce 100 bottles of gas per day. We will be on time-no delays,” Sébastien Rosselo, CEO PARLYM Company carrying out the work told the bilingual daily, Cameroon Tribune Tuesday June 16 2013.  "We will deliver the first canisters at the beginning of 2014, he added.

Only 16% of the Cameroon territory is covered and the government said more plants will be built in the country. “Government has other plans. The objective is to build filling gas plants across the country so that Cameroonians have gas at the same price wherever they are,said Paul Che Elung.
