(Business in Cameroon) - New Age, the oil and gas company which holds part of the shares in the Etindé license, announces that it has contracted Schlumberger to drill two exploration wells on the 2,316 km² block offshore Cameroon.

The drilling works which will last for about 100 days will be realized with the Topaz-Driller rented for 150 days (and which accosted in Cameroon more than a week ago) from Vantage Drilling International.

Let’s remind that Schlumberger started drilling the first well on May 21, 2018, concretizing a promise made since 2016 by New Age and its partners who used to postpone the drilling without giving any reason.
