(Business in Cameroon) - On April 24, 2018, the Cameroonian agroindustry promotion center(Centre technique agroalimentaire -CTA) launched a series of meetings at the regional Chamber of agriculture, fisheries, forest and animal husbandries in Yaoundé to sensitize actors of the agro-industry sector.

During these meetings, the actors will exchange on CTA’s missions, its activities, ambitions, strategy and its role in Cameroon’s economic and social development.

Let’s remind that CTA which was inaugurated on July 17, 2017, was created with government’s support and that of development partners such as the European Union and UNIDO. According to its initiators, its main mission is to provide technical assistance to the agroindustry sector in Cameroon in order to improve the products’ competitivity and quality.
