(Business in Cameroon) - On May 22, 2021, financial lessor Alios Finance Cameroon officially mandated Attijari Securities Central Africa (ASCA) to arrange its second bond issue on the Central African Stock exchange BVMAC.

The specific details of this operation were not disclosed but the company’s first bond issue, arranged by BGFI Cameroon, was used to finance its 2018-2022 strategic plan. During the operation carried out in 2018, Alios raised XAF8 billion.

Till now, the financial lessor has dutifully fulfilled its commitments towards subscribers to the bond named  “Alios 5.75% Net 2018- 2023”. This reinforces the credibility of its signature with the investors invited to subscribe to the new bond issue.
