(Business in Cameroon) - Named programme budget management information system (PROBMIS), the software will help public servants to manage information on the new form of budgeting (programme budget introduced in 2013) from the grass roots to the central administration. Developers of the software say it will help the Ministry of Finance to have current information from the grass roots and it comes to replace the old ones.
Quoting, Agusta Tabenyang Njock Arrey, Controller of Budget and Account of the Public Finance Reform Project, Cameroon Tribune said, the software is lodged in the Ministry of Finance and networks with other ministries and the regions for rapid information flow.
