(Business in Cameroon) - Following a successful private bond issue (Alios 01 5.75 % 2018-2023) in December 2018 which raised XAF8.730 billion while seeking XAF8billion on the Douala Stock Exchange, lessor Alios Finance Cameroon announces it will carry out new fundraising operations on the platform.

Sources at the financial markets commission (CMF) said these operations would follow the company’s strategic plan for 2019-22.

Amounts to be raised are yet to be known but according to information from reliable sources, AF Cameroon is still relying on BGFI Bank Cameroun which arranged the first bond issue.

This time, the arranger is advocating for better tax incentives. Let’s note that with the success of its latest bond issue, Alios Finance Cameroon showed that local investors subscribe to both public and private fundraising operations.
