Business People to Contribute For Telefood 2013

(Business in Cameroon) - Business people in Cameroon have been urged to contribute for Telefood 2013 so as to raise enough money to feed the country’s malnourished.

Agriculture and Rural Development Minister, Essimi Menye, Friday October 18, 2013 pleaded with the business people to chip in their quota for the contribution to be launched in Douala on November 27, 2013.

The Minister said that 80 million CFA francs was collected last year and will be sent to the United Nations Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) that supports activities and projects in boosting agricultural yields.
